Tiara Ashley Events is a full-service event firm, specializing in weddings, galas, retail pop-ups, and special occasions. Our goal is to bring our client’s vision to life in a fun yet affordable manner that results in high customer satisfaction for lasting memories to come.

It All Started When…

Tiara Ashley is an Event Planning professional having gained a knack for "turning every event detail into a memorable experience.”  Tiara Ashley specializes in providing full and partial event services from a broad vision to creating a memorable and unique experience.  

Undergraduate Experience

It was during her academic career at Millikin University that she began working at Kirkland Fine Arts Center, a 2,000 seat performance venue, that offered a variety of large scale live performances for the university and community members.  It was at Kirkland Fine Arts Center that she began to gain a true appreciation for the event management industry, and what she could offer to the public. 

Events in Chicago

After her graduation she moved to Chicago, IL where she volunteered her time working as an Event Coordinator at No Stigmas, a non-profit mental health awareness organization.  At No Stigmas, she took part in their annual "Celebrate Life" event at the Nature Museum, where she spearheaded sourcing catering options, securing multiple vendors that promoted healthy products and/or services, as well as assisting with the event set up process.  

Following this event, Tiara Ashley worked at the In Her Shoes Foundation (IHSF) in Chicago, IL. This organization's mission is to inspire, educate, connect, and empower women of all ages to be their personal best.  As the lead Development Coordinator for the annual fundraising gala, she took part in identifying entertainment, sourcing artistic and photography vendors, in addition to guest registration management. 

Events in New York City

In April 2018, Tiara Ashley made the big move to New York City where she began working at We Are Women Owned (WAWO).  At WAWO, she was helping to create unique retail pop-up events for women-owned businesses at the Artist and Flea’s event space in SoHo, New York.  

Until recently, Tiara Ashley crafted public facing events at a leading educational non-profit organization. Presently, she is happily coordinating events for the community at a prestigious non-profit organization, focused on engaging New York residents in providing holistic exploration and growth opportunities.
